Event Registration

• Registration fees are non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation by us

Exhibitor Terms

• All displayed products must be legally compliant and properly certified
• Exhibitors must have valid business licenses and certifications
• Setup and dismantling must occur within specified timeframes
• Exhibitors are responsible for their own equipment and materials
• Booth assignment is at our discretion and may be changed for operational reasons
• Exhibitors must adhere to safety and security protocols
• Cancellation of booth bookings must be made in writing 30 days prior to the event

Visitor Guidelines

Visitors to the Odisha Medical Devices Expo must follow these guidelines:

• Professional attire is required for all attendees
• Photography and recording are restricted unless explicitly permitted
• Visitors must respect the privacy and confidentiality of other attendees
• Eating and drinking are only permitted in designated areas
• We reserve the right to remove any visitor violating these guidelines
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times

Conference Participation

Conference sessions and educational activities are subject to specific terms:

• Conference materials are for personal use only and may not be redistributed
• CME credits are subject to attendance verification

• Certificates of participation will be issued only after full attendance

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policies are as follows:

• Event Cancellation by Organizers: Full refund will be provided if we cancel the event
• Exhibitor Cancellation: 50% refund if cancelled 60 days before event, no refund if cancelled within 60 days
• Visitor Cancellation: No refunds for visitor registrations
• Force Majeure: No liability for cancellations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the event will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Odisha, India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
